Meet Maria Liberati, our celebrity of the month!
Award winning author/celebrity Chef Maria Liberati is the author of the best selling book The Basic Art of Italian Cooking and The Basic Art of Italian Cooking: Holidays and Special Occasions – 2nd edition - selected for a Gourmand World Cookbook Award as the Best Italian Cuisine in the USA. Other short ebooks that have been published include The Basic Art of Pizza, The Basic Art of Pasta and The Feast of the Seven Fishes.
Maria completed her culinary education in Italy and holds a BS degree in Foreign Language Education and English as a Second LAnguage Education from Temple University. She speaks three languages and is considered one of the foremost experts on Italian cuisine, culture and wine.
Maria divides her time between her office and country farm in the mountains of Italy and her residence in the USA. A successful entrepreneur and real estate investor, Maria also mentors University students and is a professional speaker.
